📋 What You’ll Do
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs on a consistent weekly basis
• Model strong clinical skills and ethical ABA practices
• Assist with behavior plan implementation and data driven decision making
• Support assessments and treatment plan updates under BCBA oversight
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, ancillary services, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide parent support and education as appropriate
• Monitor progress, ensure fidelity of implementation, and celebrate wins big and small
• Model strong clinical skills and ethical ABA practices
• Assist with behavior plan implementation and data driven decision making
• Support assessments and treatment plan updates under BCBA oversight
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, ancillary services, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide parent support and education as appropriate
• Monitor progress, ensure fidelity of implementation, and celebrate wins big and small
🧩 Who We’re Looking For
• Currently enrolled in an accredited BCBA graduate program and actively working toward certification
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within ABA services
• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Organized, collaborative, and eager to grow into leadership
• Passionate about early intervention and high quality care
• Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and required TB and background clearance
